How do I place an order?Our products can be purchased directly through the website
www.magusm.com or place an order with our manager by phone
Stages of ordering:
1. Select a model.
2. Enter the buyer's data and delivery address.
3. Pay for the product by selecting a payment method.
4. Your order goes to work and depending on the availability of goods is transferred either to the delivery service or to our jewelers for manufacturing.
A tracking number will be sent to you to track your delivery
5. We will be happy to give you a discount on your next order, for grateful feedback on our products and services.
What are the terms of payment for the goods?Payment is made in the amount of 100% of the cost of the goods by the method chosen by the Buyer when placing the Order from the proposed options on the site.
In case of inability to pay by the method specified on the site, or an error, please contact the manager (specify the method of contact) to find a solution to the issue. An electronic receipt confirming the purchase will be sent after payment to the Customer's e-mail specified in the Order.
Where is my order?Our priority is to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, our logistics department will then process and dispatch your order. Under normal circumstances, your order will be ready for shipping within 48 business hours(except for pre-orders). You will receive a notification via email with live tracking information with an estimated delivery date from the courier.
