    How long does the delivery take?
    The estimated delivery time is between 3-14 business days which varies from country to country. Delivery times can be affected by local holidays, customs processing, distance, weather conditions, promotional campaign seasons and other external factors. Other circumstances beyond our control can arise and we would like to ask for your understanding and patience in these situations.

    What are the shipping costs?
    The cost and time of delivery depends on the delivery address and is calculated individually, specified at the last stage of Order placement.

    Do I need to pay for import VAT/tax/customs?
    Depending on your country, you may need to pay for custom or VAT charges.

    Where are you located?
    The company is headquartered in Cyprus.

    Do you ship internationally?

    How do I place an order?
    Our products can be purchased directly through the website www.magusm.com or place an order with our manager by phone

    Stages of ordering:
    1. Select a model.
    2. Enter the buyer's data and delivery address.
    3. Pay for the product by selecting a payment method.
    4. Your order goes to work and depending on the availability of goods is transferred either to the delivery service or to our jewelers for manufacturing.
    A tracking number will be sent to you to track your delivery
    5. We will be happy to give you a discount on your next order, for grateful feedback on our products and services.

    What are the terms of payment for the goods?
    Payment is made in the amount of 100% of the cost of the goods by the method chosen by the Buyer when placing the Order from the proposed options on the site.

    In case of inability to pay by the method specified on the site, or an error, please contact the manager (specify the method of contact) to find a solution to the issue. An electronic receipt confirming the purchase will be sent after payment to the Customer's e-mail specified in the Order.

    Where is my order?
    Our priority is to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, our logistics department will then process and dispatch your order. Under normal circumstances, your order will be ready for shipping within 48 business hours(except for pre-orders). You will receive a notification via email with live tracking information with an estimated delivery date from the courier.

    What payment methods can I use?
    You can pay via PayPal, credit or a debit card, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Crypto, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

    FAQ
    The design of our covers allows you to change the components of the product if necessary in case of damage or loss of appearance. For this purpose, we offer a service, which includes replacement of the plastic base, restoration of the plate coating.

    In case of defects due to the Manufacturer's fault, repair/replacement of the product is free of charge.

    In other cases, service repair of products damaged in the process of use and not related to manufacturing defects is carried out on a paid basis.

    For this purpose the Buyer can send a request for service repair by e-mail to info@magusm.com with photo/video fixation of the defect. Within 3 days of receipt of the request, the Seller will make a preliminary assessment of the possibility of correcting the defect, the cost and time of the "service repair".

    The term and cost of the service repair service does not include the cost and terms of delivery from the Customer to the Seller and from the Seller to the Customer.

    Upon actual receipt of the Goods for the service repair, the Seller may adjust the term and cost of the service either upwards or downwards.

    The service shall be paid for in the manner agreed between the Customer and the Seller. Delivery is carried out at the Customer's expense.
